管理室門禁公告

1. 宿舍將於 9/14(一) 中午 12:00 實施門禁管制,住宿生須持學生證進出宿舍。
2. 請勿要求管理室協助開門。
3. 如未帶、未發放、遺失學生證,或尚未領取的住宿生,可抵押有效證件,向管理室
借用臨時門禁卡,並於 2 周內歸還。
4. 若新生取得學生證,請直接到刷卡機刷卡確認是否開啟權限;若螢幕出現「權限拒
絕」,則至管理室處理; 若出現「卡號不存在」,則為卡片有誤,請至「聯合服務
中心」詢問。 請大家務必配合,謝謝!

Dormitory Access Control Announcement

1. Starting from 12:00 PM on Monday, September 14, access control will be
implemented in the dormitory. Residents must use their student ID to enter and
exit the dormitory.
2. Please do not request the management office to open the door for you.
3. If you forget, have not yet received, or have lost your student ID, you may
temporarily borrow an access card from the management office by leaving a
valid ID as collateral. The temporary card must be returned within 2 weeks.
4. For new students who have just received their student ID:
A. Please swipe your card at the reader to confirm whether access has been
granted.
B. If the screen displays “Access Denied”, please go to the management office
for assistance.
C. If it displays “Card Number Not Found”, your card may be faulty—please
contact the Joint Service Center for help. Thanks for your cooperation!
