114-2 宿舍期末離宿相關事項
1. 電力雲端公卡退費時間：
- 06/08(一) 00:00 ~ 6/29(一) 23:59
※請同學利用該時段辦理退費，逾時則不再辦理。
2. 期末依宿舍垃圾車清運時間(22:00-22:25)丟棄垃圾，不收大型物品。
※床墊處理請自行洽宿委會。
-垃圾車加開時間：6/27(六) 11:00-11:30
3. 借用推車事項：
-借用時間：每日 10:00~22:00
-借用地點：請至一舍管理室詢問借用
-借用方式：須抵押一張有效證件（除了學生證之外，因需進出宿舍）
※每人限借用 1 台推車，使用時間最多 2 小時，若未按時歸還，則停止借用權限。
※6/27(六) ~ 6/28(日) 加開放二舍管理室借用推車。
※6/27(六)、6/28(日) 一、二舍推車提早至 8:00 開始借用。
4. 宿舍區域不開放任何車輛進入，如：家長、宅配公司車輛等。
5. 請所有住宿生於 115/06/27(六)中午 12 點前領取包裹或郵件（平信或掛號），於隔日退
件未取之物。
6. 一舍地下室行李放置事項：請自行與宿委會聯絡。
7. 請勿將個人物品放置、丟棄在宿舍內外公共區域(如：交誼廳、廣場、門口)，若一發
現，將有權要求回來處置或直接丟棄，並依宿舍規定懲處。
8. 研究所非暑宿生，請於 6/27(六) 中午 12:00 前離開宿舍
大學部非暑宿生，請於 6/28(日) 中午 12:00 前離開宿舍
當日中午 12:00 後會刪除門禁，且不提供借用門禁卡及開放進出。
Announcement for Leaving Dormitory
1. Refund Period of Smart Electricity Billing Cards for Summer Vacation:
-Time: From 6/8(Mon.) 00:00 AM until 6/29 (Mon.) 11:59 PM
※ Please process your refund within this period; no refunds will be processed after the deadline.
2. The garbage trunk will only operate between 10:00 PM and 10:25 PM. Large items will not be collected.
※ For mattress disposal, please contact the Dormitory Committee directly.
-Additional garbage truck service: 6/27 (Sat) 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM.
3. Cart Rental Information:
-Rental Hours: Daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
-Rental Location: Please inquire at the management office of Dorm 1st
Rental Procedure: A valid ID must be provided as collateral (except for student IDs, as dorm access is
required). Each person is limited to borrowing one cart and can use it for a maximum of 2 hours. If not
returned on time, borrowing privileges will be suspended.
※ Additional Cart Borrowing Service: 6/27 (Sat.) to 6/28 (Sun.) at the management office of 2nd dorm.
※ The cart renting on 6/27(Sat.) and 6/28(Sun.) will start earlier at 8AM.
4. Vehicles, including those from parents or delivery services, are NOT allowed into the dormitory area.
5. Package and Mail Pickup for Summer Residents:
Please collect all packages or mail (both regular and registered) before 12:00 PM on 6/27 (Sat.). Items
not picked up by the next day will be returned.
6. Baggage Storage in Building 1 Basement: Please contact the Dormitory Committee directly.
7. Do not leave or discard personal belongings in public areas of the dormitory (e.g., lounges, plaza,
entrance). Any items found will be discarded and you will be asked for extra clean in dormitory area.
8. Master/PhD students who didn’t apply successfully in the dormitory for the summer must vacate their
rooms and leave the dorm before 12:00 PM on Saturday, June 27.
Bachelor students who didn’t apply successfully in the dormitory for the summer must vacate their
rooms and leave the dorm before 12:00 PM on Sunday, June 28.
After 12:00 PM on the respective days, access will be disabled, and no entry or borrowing of access
cards will be permitted.
