主旨：學生宿舍冷氣機清洗保養事宜。
注意事項：
總務處預計於5月30日~31日實施學生第一,二宿舍冷氣機清洗保養作業（施工人員將會進入房間進行清洗），請作業區域住宿生配合，提醒住在1床與3床(靠窗)的學生事先將個人的衣物與寢具收好，以避免弄髒，並請留意個人貴重物品。 學務處 生輔組敬啟
Notice
General Affairs Office is going to have a clean on air conditioner in the 1st &2nd student dorm on
May.30th~31st in the meantime, the workers will enter your room, please be aware your personal belongs, to avoid clothes & bed get dirt(specially bed no. 1 &3), please take those things away. Thanks for cooperation.
